Bio mechanics is the study of
forces and their effects on the human body. Bio mechanical Training in the golf
swing is the learning process of how to get the mind and the body to become one.
By doing so, you will improve technique, performance, and reduce risk of injury.
Our golf instruction videos provide your Mind with the knowledge and a complete understanding of
what needs to happen in the different positions of the rotary golf swing. The
drills provide your Body the knowledge and blueprint of how to perform the
movements. When your Mind understands what it is doing and your Body trains within
this understanding, is truly when your Mind & Body become one and maximum
potential is realized.
How it works is simple. In the last part of each video there is a section called
'Drills'. All you want to do is follow the drills and instructions by doing 60
reps in the morning and 60 reps at night, for 3 days. It is that simple
