Our biomechanical learning technique works.
I promise there is a better way! So let the journey begin.

Experience a better way to learn

The rotary swing - In today's world of golf instruction there are several teachers that think they are teaching a true rotary swing. They teach a rotary motion as it pertains to the modern golf swing. Some teachings are close, but still, not quite there. You might think to yourself at this point, "that is a very bold statement to make". What you need to understand, is that in a true rotary motion there can be no lateral or vertical movements. It is these lateral and vertical movements that are still present in the rotary swings the top teachers' are teaching today.

If we were to place a sticker on a fixed point of a tire, the rotation of the tire would produce a vertical movement. This is done by the rotation of the tire, not a secondary force lifting on the tire. We'll stay with the tire as an example, really the rim, as the tire can lose air and cause variables to our equation. If we were to set the tire in motion in a straight line in a controlled environment the tire would not leave this line. It would travel right down the line by rotating end over end until it comes to rest. This is the truest example of what rotation really is.

Most of us in the past have automatically associated the words, "golf swing", to a motion that requires the arms and hands to be involved to produce a swinging motion with some kind of shoulder turn. It can not be that hard, so we try it. Somehow, we find a way to hit a really good shot and we get hooked. From this point on we find ourselves searching for the answers to produce a really good swing. We try to duplicate the things we see the tour players making on TV We read about what it takes to make a good swing in some instructional magazine and we try to duplicate what we read. The entire time, always in search of some tip or secret understanding to make our golf swing better and more effective. This cycle continues to go on and on to no prevail. Because of this, we practice harder or think we are practicing harder, hitting ball after ball, one right, one left, one in the ground, one in the trees, one straight and one even more to the right. This looks a lot easier when the men and women on TV do it, we think. There must be something I can do to get better? Lessons have to be the answer!

Ineffective learning - We now embark out on seeking out someone to assist us in our journey. We get a teaching pro to work with us and we start seeing some positive results pretty quick and start to realize we can play this game for a long, long time. It only takes one good solid shot to understand this can be accomplished. The problem is though, when we are with the pro, the shots and understanding are so good it is really a great experience but when the pro leaves us to our own thoughts and understandings we quickly find ourselves doing a quick 180 degree turn and fall back into our own frustrated and confused understanding of how the golf swing works.

So what do we do? We ask the question at our next meeting with the pro, "How did this happen?". In disbelief at our golf swing we ask, "I was doing what you told me and I lost it about 15 minutes to a day later after our lesson was over." "Maybe I missed something?" The pro quickly and confidently tells us, "It just takes time". So we accept this reasoning and continue down this mind exhausting path of unconcluded questions and answers. We read every thing we can find to help us better our swings. We practice some thing a buddy shows us has worked for him/her. We buy training aids, videos, and so on and we still do not find the results we know we are capable of. Some of us quit, many of us just keep going, searching for the one little secret that allows us to break through.

I remember those days and thoughts. Fortunately though today, I do not experience those days any longer. There is a better way. A true rotary golf swing can be achieved.  Video Golf Instruction

biomechanical learning
Bio mechanics is the study of forces and their effects on the human body. Bio mechanical Training in the golf swing is the learning process of how to get the mind and the body to become one. By doing so, you will improve technique, performance, and reduce risk of injury.

Our golf instruction videos provide your Mind with the knowledge and a complete understanding of what needs to happen in the different positions of the rotary golf swing. The drills provide your Body the knowledge and blueprint of how to perform the movements. When your Mind understands what it is doing and your Body trains within this understanding, is truly when your Mind & Body become one and maximum potential is realized.

How it works is simple. In the last part of each video there is a section called 'Drills'. All you want to do is follow the drills and instructions by doing 60 reps in the morning and 60 reps at night, for 3 days. It is that simple
